- Bring your priorities and the work that frustrates your team. We help identify and compare opportunities. If you already have an idea, we can evaluate it alongside the others.
- Do we need to choose software first?
- We review the tools you already use and recommend what fits the work. You don’t need to select a model or platform before talking with us.
- What will you need from us?
- A business sponsor, input from the people doing the work, and an IT or data contact. We agree participation and approved sample inputs before the Sprint begins.
- We already use AI. Is the Sprint for us?
